Sept. 14, 7:59 p.m. - Large water tank found in middle of road off Warren Avenue, 500 feet south of DeForest Road.
6:39 p.m. - Man reported taking items from home and breaking window of door at 3691 Karen Drive.
6:05 a.m. - Criminal trespass reported at 2917 Carver-Niles Road after intoxicated male on CSX property. Vehicle was left on railroad tracks.
Sept. 13, 3:35 p.m. - Domestic violence reported at 1804 N. State St. after female was hit.
2:30 p.m. - Telephone harassment reported at 2463 N. Main St.
2 p.m. - Telephone harassment reported at 1984 Warren Avenue after caller received numerous unwanted text messages can calls on phone.
9:38 a.m. - Breaking and entering reported at Coates Car Care after someone damaged and gained entry to pop machine and took unknown amount of coins.
Sept. 12, 9:50 p.m. - Breaking and entering at 2760 Wabash Street after someone broken into abandoned home and destroyed the interior. Three feet of water was found in the basement.
6:41 a.m. - Assist at structure fire at 2210 Garfield St. Fire was ruled suspicious.
6:40 a.m. - Domestic disturbance at 1414 Emmet Street after woman was found intoxicated.
6:25 a.m. - Disturbance reported at 217 14th Street after threats made to person in parking lot at BP Gas Station.
3:08 a.m. - Assault reported at 1445 Chestnut-Warner Road after woman forced out of house.
Sept. 11, 8:33 p.m. - Unruly juvenile reported at 2273 Watson-Marshall Road after juvenile kept running away from home.
6:06 p.m. - Burglary reported at 2705 Robbins Avenue after an electric drill and floor mats were taken.
3 p.m. - Theft of four tables reported at Dotson's Fruit Stand off State Route 46.

Sept. 10, 10:06 p.m. - Recovered children's wagon at 77 Barcelona Avenue.
8:35 p.m. - Telephone harassment reported at 2901 Denniston Avenue after victim received 11 unwanted text messages.
4:35 p.m. - Disorderly conduct reported at Petro Place after man causing a disturbance during heated verbal argument with manager.
1:45 p.m. - Unauthorized use of vehicle reported at 122 Hickory Lane.
Sept. 9, 11:54 p.m. - Domestic violence and disturbance reported at 217 14th St.
Sept. 8, 10:27 p.m. - Theft of four cases of beer worth $72 at 2721 Salt Springs Road.
7 p.m. - Shoplifting reported at Dollar General on Youngstown Warren Road after someone stole $34 worth of shirts.
6:05 p.m. - Telephone harassment reported at 2960 Forest St.
Sept. 7, 1:43 p.m. - Harassment reported at 34 Youngstown Warren Road after man threatened people in the parking lot during an argument over a laptop computer.
1:06 p.m. - Criminal damage reported at 18 11th St. after a trailer was dented and damaged.

Sept. 17, 12:26 a.m. - Suspicious person reported at 1617 Robbins Ave.
Sept. 16, 3:52 a.m. - A resident at 158 Wade Ave. returned home to discover someone spray painted "You will die" on the side of his 1990 Jeep Wrangler.
1:06 a.m. - Emily A. Snyder, 19, 505 Greenville Road, Bristolville, was arrested for OVI, drug abuse and cited for driving under suspension and having a non-working headlight.
11:16 a.m. - A customer of the High Pointe Lounge, 760 Youngstown Warren Road, reported that his car was damaged by an unknown person or persons. He also reported being assaulted when he left the lounge.
3:06 p.m. - A resident at 130 N. Pleasant Ave. reported that someone broke into his shed and stole a Craftsman lawnmower
4:46 p.m. - A non-injury two-car accident involving a Chevrolet Camero and a unidentified Hyundai occurred in the parking lot of Eastwood Mall, 5555 Youngstown Warren Road.
7:15 p.m. - A resident of 394 Robbins Ave. reported that someone she knows stole her daughter's bicycle.
Sept. 15, 11:22 p.m. - An employee of West Corp., 5185 Youngstown Warren Road, reported that a black 1995 Chevy Blazer was stolen from the parking lot.
9:29 p.m. - A resident of 1012 Fifth St. was charged with receiving stolen property when police recovered a stolen bike and copper wire.
6:23 p.m. - A customer at Family Video, 231 N. Main St., reported that a wallet was stolen.
3:56 p.m. - A non-injury traffic accident at 800 Youngstown Warren Road involving a Buick Regal and a Pontiac Grand Prix.
3:37 p.m. - A resident at 409 Ann Ave. reported that someone entered the home and stole a Toshiba laptop computer.
3:06 p.m. - A resident at the McKinley Memorial Library, 40 N. Main St., reported someone stole her bicycle.
Sept. 14, 10:49 p.m. - A Pontiac Grand Am was reported stolen from 602 Hartzell Ave. The resident reported the suspects had entered one car that was parked in the driveway and stole a wallet and other items. The suspects then went into the garage and entered the victim's wife's vehicle. A suspect was caught by Ravenna police after crashing the vehicle.
Sept. 13, 8:31 p.m. - A resident of 104 Royal Mall Drive said a person known to her came to her apartment and took some items and refused to return them.
6:20 p.m. - David C. Wagner, 207 N. Bentley Ave., Niles, was cited with driving under suspension after being stopped at 301 Vienna Ave.
3:12 p.m. - An accident involving a Dodge Durango and a Ford Thunderbird occurred at the intersection of Robbins Avenue and state Route 169.
9:45 a.m. - A resident of 1804 Taft Ave. reported entering a car parked in the driveway and stole a Nokia Trac Phone.
Sept. 12, 6:45 p.m. - Deborah J. Feorene, 47, 149 Bentwillow Drive, was cited with failing to maintain assured clear distance. She was involved in an accident on U.S. Route 422 involving an unidentified Chevrolet and a Chrysler Concorde.
11:21 a.m. - Beth A. Roach, 31, 5565 Madric Drive, Youngstown, was cited with failing to obey a traffic device after running through red light and nearly hitting two other vehicles.
Sept. 11, 11:59 p.m. - An Oldsmobile Bravado was involved in a single car accident outside of 522 Fifth St.
11:52 p.m. - A non-injury two-car accident occurred outside of 1327 Youngstown Warren Road involving a Ford Explorer and a GMC Jimmy.
11:15 p.m. - A resident at 615 Pratt St., Apt. B, reported someone let the air out of his truck's tires.
7:46 p.m. - A non-injury accident involving Chevrolet Silverado and an Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera at 5185 U.S. 422 .
7:40 p.m. - A manager of the Wing Warehouse, 5555 Youngstown Warren Road reported someone attempted to climb the side of the building, fell and knocked down flood lights. The suspect drove away in a white SUV.
4:34 p.m. - A resident at 24 Woodglen Ave. reported someone broke into his house and stole a television and other items.
10:15 a.m. - An ATV was stolen from 5318 Youngstown Warren Road. A gate was also damaged.
1:37 a.m. - A resident at 110 Belmont Ave. reported that someone she knows kicked in her basement window, ransacked her house and stole jewelry and precious metals, computer hardware and software, some photographic equipment and money.
12:01 a.m. - A resident reported she was driving on Robbins Avenue and State Street when something broke her vehicle's rear window. She reported seeing someone in the vehicle behind her throwing something.
Sept. 10, 11:13 p.m. - An employee at an Eastwood Mall store reported that someone slashed the tires of his 2007 Ford Taurus.
7:53 p.m. - A witness reported seeing four juveniles climbing out of the window at 72 E. Woodland Ave. The property owners were not home at the time.
6:06 p.m. - A customer of the T Mobile store in the Great East Plaza reported that her van was stolen.
6 p.m. - An employee at Spencers, 5555 Youngstown Warren Road, reported a customer shoved her in a dispute over the return policy. No charges were filed, but the customer was banned from returning to the store.
4:34 p.m. - A resident at 218 S. Cleveland Ave. reported an unknown person broke into the home and stole some craftsman tools.
2:28 a.m. - Charrisse Munion, 40, 414 Buckey Drive, Niles, was cited for reckless operation and driving under suspension after she was spotted driving 60 mph on state Route 46.
Sept. 9, 9:15 p.m. - A non-injury multi-vehicle accident involving a Chevrolet, a Honda Civic and a Honda CRX occurred at Belmont and Henry Avenue.
11:57 a.m. - A resident at 756 Mauro Circle, Apt. 3, reported a domestic dispute.
11:45 a.m. - A resident at 18 Arms Blvd., Apt. 4, reported that someone keyed her car.
10:07 a.m. - A resident at 709 Lafayette Ave. reported someone broke in the home and stole a small drawer of washers.
Sept. 8, 9:28 p.m. - Gary W. Green, 3035 Judyth, Warren, was cited for driving under the influence. He was involved in a non-injury accident between a Chevrolet Silverado and a Jeep Grand Cherokee.
3:38 p.m. - The owner of a Buick LaSabre reported his vehicle was stolen while it was parked outside 325 Youngstown Warren Road.
10:31 a.m. - A resident at 532 Bonnie Brae Ave. reported that his Garmin GPS Novi 205W was stolen out of his unlocked car while it was parked in the driveway.
8:33 a.m. - A resident at 174 Woodglen Ave. reported that someone he knows used a pellet gun to shoot his camper, which was parked behind his house.
Sept. 7, 9:08 p.m. - A resident of 734 Clay St., reported a flip phone was stolen.
7:47 p.m. - Randy C. Dittmer, 51, 78985 W. Grove Road Cadiz, Ohio, 5815 Youngstown Warren Road, was cited with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
7 p.m. - An unknown person broke into 195 Royal Mall Drive, damaging a television. It is unknown what was stolen.
1:54 p.m. - Jennie R. Gifford, 324 E. Prospect, Girard, was given a citation for not maintaining assured clear distance, which led to a non-injury traffic accident involving an unidentified Isuzu and a Buick Century. The accident occurred on U.S. Route 422, outside Goldstein's Furniture.
Sept. 6, 6:43 p.m. - A customer of the Eastwood Mall, 5555 Youngstown Warren Road, reported losing her debit card. An extra $300 was taken out. She could not immediately cancel the debit card due to the holiday.
5:13 p.m. - A clerk at Village Market, 1320 S. Main St., reported a male suspect stole beer and drove away on state Route 46.
3:34 p.m. - A resident at 122 Royal Mall Drive reported her keys were missing.
12:04 p.m. - Officers responded to a neighbor dispute at 18 Arms Blvd, Apt. 1. Both sides told to file information with prosecutor's office.
8:41 a.m. - A resident at 1212 Four Winds Court reported someone broke into his vehicle and stole an iPod, CDs and change.
Sept. 5, 9:54 p.m. - A resident at 919 Olive St., rear apartment, reported that a person known to him entered his apartment and stole several items. When contacted, the suspect said he would return the items.
9:02 p.m. - A warrant arrest was made at 2796 Robbins Ave., Weathersfield.
4:37 p.m. - A resident reported damage was done to the hood of his Chevrolet Cobalt.
1:35 p.m. - A resident said her daughter's bicycle was stolen while she was at 290 N. Main Road.
12:34 p.m. - A non-injury to car accident involving a Nissan Altima and a Pontiac Grand Am occurred in the parking lot of 5555 Youngstown Warren Road.
2:30 a.m. - Robert C. Jack, 27, 1669 Timber Court, Niles, was cited with driving under suspension and driving on right side of roadway after being stopped on Robbins Avenue.
Sept 4, 10:46 p.m. - Investigated reports of sounds of gunshots at 209 Hyde Ave. Nothing was found.
7:13 p.m. - A woman backing out of a parking spot in the Eastwood Mall scratched another vehicle and knocked off the mirrors of both vehicles.
7:22 p.m. - A resident of 1871 Meadowlark Drive reported someone damaged his and several neighbors' mailboxes.
5:07 p.m. - A theft was reported at 1383 Heaton Blvd., Weathersfield.
1:33 a.m. - A resident of 519 Dakota Ave. reported that a person known to him purposely hit his car while it was parked at his home.
1:01 a.m. - Police picked up a prisoner from the Warren police that held him at the former Circuit City parking lot on Youngstown Warren Road. The prisoner had a Niles warrant issued on him.
