Someplace Safe Inc. will hold its annual "A DAY OF UNITY'' observance at 6 p.m. today at Trumbull County Courthouse Square, with a candlelight vigil. The day shows remembrance and respect for the victims of domestic violence as well as celebrating the survivors. The event is in conjunction with National Domestic Violence Awareness Month in October. The theme is "Love Doesn't Have to Hurt." Guest speaker is state Rep.
