THE WARREN G. HARDING HIGH SCHOOL JANUARY CLASS OF 1949 will meet for an evening get-together at 6 p.m. Friday at Leo's Ristorante in Howland. There will be a cash bar and pizza, or classmates may order from the menu. Classmates and spouses are welcome.
WARREN G. HARDING HIGH SCHOOL 1951 JANUARY AND JUNE CLASSES will hold a class luncheon at 1 p.m. Sept. 15 at Enzo's Restaurant on Elm Road, Warren. Classmates may bring a guest.
HOWLAND HIGH SCHOOL CLASS OF 1955 is inviting friends of the class to attend a reunion weekend Friday through Sept. 12.
Classmates and friends will gather at The Chop House on Avalon Golf Course grounds on Friday for a "Meet and Greet" event. A cash bar, appetizers or dinner will be available beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Saturday is packed with events, beginning with golf at 11 a.m. or an optional tour of the Butler Institute of Art at 10:30. A traditional visit to the Hot Dog Shoppe in Warren is on the agenda followed by the big event at 6:30 p.m. at Avalon's Grand Pavilion. The cash bar will be followed by a class photo taken by photographer Bob Jadloski. A buffet dinner, program, and dancing to the music of DJ Bill Moss will round up the evening.
Sunday starts off with a breakfast, hosted by Janice Clark Wagner and husband, Sam, at their home. The celebration will move to the Howland Township Park, Lake View Shelter at 12:30 p.m.
Several people who graduated ahead or later have expressed an interest in attending all or part of the reunion events. Classmates who may not have completed all four years are welcome as well as students who may have transferred to another school.

THE 24th ANNUAL A&P REUNION will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. Sept. 12 at the Main St. Cafe, 368 N. Main St., Hubbard. Cost is $15 per person.

THE NEWTON FALLS HIGH SCHOOL CLASS OF 1970 will celebrate its 40th reunion with a two-day event Oct. 1 and 2.
Festivities kick off at 6:30 p.m. Friday with free admission to the Tiger football game. On Saturday, meet at Roby Lee's Restaurant in the Palm Room from 6 to 10 p.m. There will be a cash bar.
