The HARDING JUNE 1949 grads and guests will meet for lunch at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Saratoga, East Market Street.
The Warren Alumni Committee invites alumni from Warren G. Harding, Warren Western Reserve and Warren John F. Kennedy High Schools back home to Warren for the first WARREN ALUMNI WEEKEND during the Labor Day weekend Sept. 3-5. To begin the weekend, there will be a tailgate party at the Warren G. Harding Raiders football game on Sept. 3. State champions from the 1990 team will be recognized, and a meet-and-greet social for the alumni will follow the game. Sept. 4 will be a 5K run/walk, health fair and alumni basketball game. There will be concerts, DJ's and dancing. On Sept. 5 will be a jazz concert on Courthouse Square and roller skating. HOWLAND HIGH SCHOOL Class of 1960 invites classmates and friends for a reunion weekend Aug. 27 to 29. A picnic will be held at Howland Park (at end of Rosegarden Drive) at 5 p.m. Aug. 27. A dinner dance will begin with a cash bar on Aug. 28 at Leo's Ristorante, East Market Street. Dinner will follow at 6:45 p.m. followed by a class photo and dancing to Take Two. Reservations for the dinner are closed but reservations for the picnic are open until Sunday. Classmates who may not have completed their four years of high school, as well as students who may have transferred to other schools are welcome.
