The MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS SERVICES AGENCY MAHONING COUNTY SUPPORT GROUP will meet at 7 p.m. April 6 at the Western Reserve United Methodist Church, 4580 Canfield Road. Guest speaker is Dr. Donald Tamaulonis, who specializes in neurology and who will answer questions following a short presentation. The meeting is open to those with multiple sclerosis, their friends, caregivers and family. There is no cost to attend with reservations due by calling 330-792-8900 by Monday.

LUPUS SUPPORT GROUP for individuals with lupus or their friends and families will meet at noon April 6 at Oakhill Renaissance Center, 345 Oak Hill Ave., Youngstown. The Mahoning Valley NEW VOICE CLUB, which is located in the Beeghly Medical Park, 6614 Southern Blvd., Youngstown, will meet at 6 p.m. April 14 at the Youngstown Hearing and Speech Center. For more information, call 330-726-8855.

A HEALTH AT HOME PROGRAM will be held from 11 a.m. to noon and 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at St. Elizabeth Health Center. This program teaches self-care and how to make decisions about your health using a book of step-by-step instructions for more than 200 health problems.

All program participants receive a free book, plus instruction and practice on how to use the book.

AN ARTHRITIS FOUNDATION AQUATIC PROGRAM is being offered from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Q Club pool, 8094 E. Market St., Howland. Cost is $3. The program will be led by an Arthritis Foundation certified instructor.
