4:30 p.m. Shop lifting was reported at Super Kmart at 2100 Niles Cortland Road.

9 a.m. Identity theft was at Seven Seventeen Credit Union at 3181 Larchmont Ave.

Nov. 30, 7:30 p.m. A wallet was reported either lost or stolen at Perkin's Restaurant at 1953 Niles Cortland Road.

7:30 p.m. Criminal damage was reported by a resident at 2180 Weir Road. Unknown persons caused damage to a vehicle's drive side window and steering column.

9 a.m. Misuse of a credit card was reported at 9503 Falcon Track N.E. when an unknown subject made purchases on a Seven Seventeen credit card.

2:45 a.m. Domestic violence involving a juvenile was reported at 1886 Niles Cortland Road.

2 p.m. Breaking and entering was reported by a resident at 3813 Crestview Ave S.E. A padlock was cut off a shed and a snow blower and weedeater were stolen.

1:15 p.m. A two-vehicle rear-end collision was reported on state Route 46.

12:45 p.m. Assault was reported at 1725 Niles Cortland Road.

12:23 p.m. A two-vehicle collision was reported in the parking lot outside Super Kmart at 2100 Niles Cortland Road.

2:32 a.m. Christopher M. O'Connor, 4071 Bruce Drive, Warren, was on a charge of driving under the influence, failure to obey traffic control devices, ruled for driving in marked lanes and no seat belt.

12:15 a.m. Theft of a vehicle was reported from 2261 Kenmore Ave. N.E. The vehicle was later recovered in Warren City.

5:35 p.m. Criminal simulation and deception was reported at Seven Seventeen Credit Union when a subject attempted to pass counterfeit money.

12:03 p.m. Identity theft was reported at Super Kmart, 2100 Niles Cortland Road, after $532.49 worth of merchandise was purchased on a stolen credit card.

6:17 a.m. A vehicle reportedly struck a deer on state Route 82.

1 p.m. Shoplifting was reported at Super Kmart, 2100 Niles Cortland Road.

10 a.m. Menacing involving a juvenile was reported at 4075 Valacamp Ave. S.E.

2:40 a.m. Bryan L. Ellington, 729 Avon Court N.E., Warren, was on a charge of disorderly conduct and assault.

7:20 p.m. Kristina L. Kelly, 329 Brown St., Niles, was arrested on a warrant through Warren City.

12 p.m. An unruly juvenile runaway was reported at 3759 Bellwood Drive N.E.

12 a.m. A death was reported prior to arrival at 7623 Anderson Ave.

12:30 p.m. A two-vehicle collision was reported in the parking lot outside Giant Eagle at 8202 East Market St.

10 a.m. Anthony P. Cox, 256 E. Park, Niles, was cited on charges of burglary, receiving stolen property and falsification at 1340 Niles Cortland Road.

12:20 a.m. A vehicle reportedly struck a deer crossing the roadway on Mines Road.

10 p.m. An unknown person reportedly shatter two windows at H.C. Mines School.

9 p.m. Breaking and entering was reported at 3014 Orchard Ave. S.E. A garage door was kicked in to gain entrance and a four wheeler was removed. Property later recovered in Hubbard Township.

5 p.m. Criminal damaging was reported at 1745 Niles Cortland Road. Unknown individuals threw a picnic table and lab specimen box into a pond behind Hope Center for Cancer Care.

4 p.m. An unruly juvenile runaway was reported at 3759 Bellwood Drive S.E.

2:35 p.m. A two vehicle collision was reported in the parking lot of Howland High School.

11:25 a.m. Theft of $30 worth of gasoline was reported at the BP Station at 110 Niles Cortland Road.

9:50 a.m. Burglary was reported at 2469 Stillwagon Road. S.E. Unknown subjects forced open a door at the residence and stole prescription medication.

9:30 a.m. Jessica M. Morris, 1206 Ridge Road, Vienna, was cited on a charge of failure to keep registration, driving under suspension and speeding.

11:51 p.m. A domestic dispute was reported at 2350 Niles Cortland Road.

11:34 p.m. Burglary was reported at 2217 Larchmont Ave. Residence was entered and $17.80 was reported missing.

8:30 p.m. Criminal damaging was reported at 3199 Crestview Ave. N.E. after the front tires of a vehicle were slashed.

4:26 p.m. Henry B. Cain, 2819 Deforest Ave., Warren, was cited on a charge of driving under suspension and was arrested on active warrants through Ashtabula and Mahoning counties for failure to appear.

2:23 p.m. A two vehicle collision was reported in the parking lot at Dairy Queen, 6033 East Market St.

9 a.m. A domestic dispute was reported at 2870 North Road N.E.

5 a.m. Burglary was reported at 8033 East Market after unknown subject entered the residence.

11:05 p.m. Assault was reported at 8770 Cardiff Lane.

11 p.m. Breaking and entering was reported at 3807 Valacamp Ave. S.E. Unknown subjects cut locks to gain entry to sheds and unattached garage and stole various items.

5 p.m. Timothy S. Clonich, 9861 E. Market St., Apt. 2, Warren, was cited on charges of domestic violence.

12 p.m. Burglary was reported at 2955 Hilda St. S.E. after a window screen was pushed out of the window in an attempt to gain entrance.

11 a.m. Breaking and entering was reported at 851 Niles Cortland Road. A shed at the Living Lord Lutheran Church was entered and a riding lawnmower, pushmower and weedeater were reported missing.

12:28 p.m. A two-vehicle rear end collision was reported on state Route 46.

1:30 a.m. Criminal trespass and menacing was reported at 1169 Deforest Road.

3:15 a.m. Suicide or attempted suicide was reported at 8232 Woodland Ave. N.E.

1:35 p.m. Burglary was reported at 3996 Alessa Drive S.E. after the residence was entered by a known subject who caused damage to a computer screen.

1 p.m. Two necklaces and a bracelet were reported stolen from 2060 Henn Hyde by possible known subjects.

6:55 a.m. Money was reported stolen from an employee's purse at Delphi Engineering.

6 p.m. A folder containing a WIC card and WIC coupons, along with a $50 gift certificate was reported stolen from a subject at the Giant Eagle, 8202 East Market St.

3:50 p.m. Domestic violence involving a juvenile was reported at 3445 Elm Road. N.E.

3 p.m. A two vehicle collision was reported in the parking lot at 8200 South St.

8:40 p.m. Rhiannon L. Summerville, 8171 Warren Sharon Road, Masury, was arrested on a warrant through Austintown and was cited on a charge of shoplifting at Super Kmart.

5 p.m. Breaking and entering was reported at 3782 Crestview Ave. S.E. after unknown subjects cut pad locks off two shed in the yard, nothing was reported missing.

5 p.m. Criminal damaging was reported at 1620 Niles Cortland Road N.E. after unknown subjects broke out three security lights at Berkman, Jorgensen, Masters and Stafman LLC.

3:15 p.m. Shoplifting was reported at Super Kmart at 2100 Niles Cortland Road.

12 p.m. Breaking and entering was reported at 6000 East Market St. after unknown persons gained access to the substation of Ohio Edison and removed several copper grounding devices.

6 p.m. Theft was reported at 2261 Kenmore Ave. N.E. after an unknown person entered the garage and removed a bicycle.

4:30 p.m. Criminal damaging was reported at 7928 Castlerock Drive after unknown subjects spray-painted vulgar words on a mailbox.

12:16 p.m. Mark A. Slater, 244 Hall Ave., Warren, was cited on a charge of criminal trespass and theft at 1745 Overland Ave. N.E.

11:45 p.m. Criminal damaging was reported at 9525 Hawks Landing N.E. after unknown vehicle struck a brick mailbox.

9 p.m. Breaking and entering was reported at 3198 Crestview, after unknown persons cut locks off two sheds and removed an air hose and a six gallon container of gasoline.

8 p.m. Suicide or attempted suicide was reported at 8934 Sherwood Ave. N.E.

8 p.m. A shoplifter was reported at Kohl's Department Store, 2350 Niles Cortland Road.

7:30 p.m. A cell phone was reported stolen from Chuck E Cheese, 2082 Niles Cortland Road.

2:50 p.m. Aggravated menacing was reported at Valley View Food Mart at 2110 Elm Road N.E.

1:33 p.m. A two vehicle rear end collision was reported on state Route 46.

10:30 a.m. A purse was reported stolen from a subject at Kohl's Department Store, 2350 Niles Cortland Road.

2:40 a.m. Christopher L. Coudriet, 181 Royal Mall Drive, Niles, was cited on charges of OVI, driving left of center and no seat belt.
