Students at Howland Middle School participated in Red Ribbon Week by creating posters for the annual competition. Sponsored by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, Red Ribbon Week is a national drug prevention program. For the contest, students were asked to make posters showing how harmful drugs can be.
