Students in Hubbard will be heading back to school Aug. 24.
Orientation for the fifth-grade going to Reed Middle School will be held Aug. 19. The time will be announced at a later date and letters will be sent to households of those students.
Orientation for ninth-grade and new incoming students to Hubbard High School will be held at 9 a.m. Aug. 19.
The week of Aug. 19 will be testing week for incoming kindergarten students. Kindergarten orientation is from 9 a.m. to noon Aug. 28 at Roosevelt Elementary School. Letters have been sent out parents of kindergarten students. Those not receiving a letter should call the elementary school at 330-534-1981.
There will be no school Sept. 7 for Labor Day.
An open house at Hubbard High School will be held Sept. 8 and at Reed Middle School on Sept. 9. The times of those open houses will be announced at a later date. An open house at Roosevelt Elementary School will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Sept. 10.
The end of the first grading period will be Oct. 30.
