ABOVE:?The Akron Zoo mobile classroom visited the Liberty Library July 7 as part of the children's reading program. Zoo Education Specialist Deb Brady explained the feeding and hibernation practice of the Puerto Rican Boa Constrictor as the snake wrapped itself around her arm in an attempt to gain warmth from Brady's skin. The 8-year old snake fascinated children who attended the program. Each child had the opportunity to pet the snake.
