To celebrate GROUNDHOG DAY, the McKinley Memorial Library in Niles will be getting ''hog'' wild with a program for children in grades preschool to fifth at 1 p.m. on Saturday in the auditorium. Participants will learn facts about the groundhog and about the traditions of Groundhog Day through various activities during this one-hour program.
