Beatitude House, 1370 Tod Ave., Warren, will hold a GROUND BREAKING at 10 a.m. Thursday for their $1.5 million dollar expansion project. When complete, the project will create homes for six additional homeless families, add a classroom and children's playroom and enhance the facility. Congressman Tim Ryan, Senator Capri Cafaro and Mayor Michael O'Brien are among those who have been invited to attend. Refreshments will immediately follow the ground-breaking ceremony. Beatitude House is committed to disadvantaged women and children in the Mahoning Valley.
