Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper Lauren Merz takes measurements Monday after a New Valley Taxi minivan crashed through the front window of Arby’s restaurant, 4321 Mahoning Ave. N.W., Champion, about 1 p.m. There were no passengers and the driver was not injured, according to police.
