I don't know how that is suppose to Help! i was hit by 2 drunk drivers once in 1985, then again in 2001. Many surgeries, therapy I'm no better Then when i started,50,000 car Insurance didn't pay my medical bills. and to Sue the Driver's Yea Right These Low Life's Don't Have money They Drink it all up And to top that off you see them driving a few days after they hit you. This Is Bull Crap, Its Not Going to Help Till Ohio Makes Laws Stick.Stop patting them on the back and telling them to do it again. Ohio Drunks get it Way To easy. Same with Drugs Dealers, Stricter Laws That is enforced. Prisons To Full AHHHH Make them sleep on the floor like the dogs they are

I couldn't agree more OldGrandad. Multiple offenders don't care. How will this help anybody? Will a over zealous neighbor call the police every time a registered offender leaves the driveway? Just another position that waists money on the gooberment level. As we have learned by other stupid waists of money by gooberment, the wealthy will never be added to the list anyway.
