Does this indicate that the market place, instead of the government, may determine which vehicles are produced to satisfy actual consumer demand?

Where are all the anti fracking comments about this? Where are all the comments about using electric cars, windmills and solar panels? Where are all the tree hugger comments? People oppose fracking, but yet will not say a word about the nations hunger for big vehicles.
