Thank you to all for our fight to restore the full pensions to the Delphi salaried retirees. Our proposal to the PBGC to restore our pensions costs ZERO taxpayer dollars.

We are getting closer than ever to forcing the Obama Administration, Treasury, & the PBGC to be transparent with the facts that will show that we were unfairly discriminated against by our own government, and the PBGC was coerced into negligence in their responsibilities.

“You are expecting us taxpayers to foot the bill.”

A retired “what to be” union boss and democrat worried about taxpayers dollars? Now that’s funny!

Buckeye - For sure. Given Sweet/Tired's childish behavior over a matter that is none of his business, can you imagine how the little pig squealed when he threatened a strike and the answer back was "Go Ahead"?

Now I remember why my Dad dragged us from that God forsaken area 40 years ago. When he said the unions were going to kill northeast Ohio, I laughed at him... hmmmm... steel industry - gone; tire and rubber - gone; petroleum - gone.... unions gone and what's left on their way out. Lordstown living on borrowed time. Guess the old man was right. To Molson and seetypie33... advanced degrees? From what CC did you buy them? And Delphi Retiree; I'm one of you, why don't ya come up this way and start over or least escape the "******* billyness" down there?! GO BLUE!

What the truth is bad behavior now? is that what you two clowns are trying to pawn off now. Leaders from your world must not tell the truth.

It is sad to see such childish behavior coming from Sweet33, a past union thug. It destroys what little credibility you HAD, Donnie.

As I said, call our law firm. Be advised, however, there will be an hourly charge to talk to them regarding the case. That would be great. You could actually help fund our legal battle, one that has cost over $2 million to fight the discriminatory actions of Obama, Treasury, Auto Task Force, and PBGC. Thanks for your help.

In other words YOU DON'T HAVE A CLUE? No surprise you didn't have one when you were working either. That's why they showed you the door WAY BEFORE RETIREMENT AGE. Oh well, Mr.Injunear, you keep posting lies and I'll keep exposing you as a liar.

"unlawfully" 1:not lawful :illegal 2:illegitimate. ----- "stolen", past part of steal. So DR what evidence do you have to support the charge that President Obama has UNLAWFULLY STOLEN YOUR PENSION? What criminal charges have been filed against the President regarding this issue? Why haven't your twins over on the Republican side of the House filed impeachment charges against the President if there is such a CLEAR violation of the Federal Law? I have been under the belief that the legal action that the DSRA has brought is a CIVIL CASE not a criminal charge. Is the DSRA claim a CRIMINAL case or a CIVIL action delphiretiree? In reading the SIGTARP Report I can find no mention of criminal misbehavior, DR, can YOU find mention of criminal behavior in the SIGTARP Report?

No, we don't want taxpayer money for our pensions, unlike you freeloaders. Your friend, Sherrod Brown proposed the extension of the HCTC. Talk to him.

And no, I didn't avoid your legal question. I suggested that you call our law firm to get your answer directly. After all, they know far more about law than a has been union thug.
