"Most of Trumbull County's judges permitted bail bond companies here to avoid millions of dollars in insurance fees by allowing the rare practice of using bonds backed by property. The courts also allowed the companies to inflate the value of their property."

Who kept the millions saved by not paying premiums to insurance companies?

We need a hard FBI investigation and if someone has received ill-gotten gains as a result of Trumbull County not following ORC they should be made to pay the money back and be in jail (both bondsman and judges permitting this business practice).

Trumbull County appears as if it is the wild west of old. Shame on all playing this big money game in the county.

If convicted all participants should spend time in the gray bar hotel.

This is a real joke and appears to be an abuse of judicial powers.
