It has been shown that having the same amount of officers in patrol cars as opposed to standing at one location, roaming different streets have a much higher degree of removing impaired drivers.

Look at it this way, I will catch more fish on Lake Erie by trolling than I would just waiting in one spot for a fish to happen by.

Afret if everyone had the common sense not to do things they shouldn't do then there would be no need to have any of these things you consider invasions. The problem is people got dumber with time and more lax in every aspect of life therefore, it is the responsibility of the people we put in charge to maintain order and keep us safe.

This is not about rights. Nor about invasion of your rights. Driving is not a right. Driving is a privilege. You do however have every right not to drive if you do not want to get pulled over.

Cold, although I understand your concerns, which I agree with, I really fail to understand how this invasion of privacy has been granted by our courts. This s total BS! It's akin to what the NSA is capable of (and doing), along with all the other violations of our Constitution. Now, courts have said that drones flown by private citizens can fly, and even tke pictures, of ANYTHING as long a they adhere to a maximun flight level. Is this the America we grew up with? Or is this the progressive, intrusive governental tactics we have come to accept?

What's illegal about it nosense? Clearly you don't have children who could be killed by someone who is dumb enough to drink and drive.

SO STUPID THAT THEY PUBLICIZE THIS! Now all the drunks will just go another way home. Possibly a side street where families live so they can drive right into their houses.

The state issues a person a drivers license. They issue a liquor license to bar owners.Bars are built on highways. You have to drive to get there. The state requires an I.D. to purchase alcohol, which is called a DRIVERS LICENSE!If you show your license to drive, you can drink alcohol. Then they arrest you for drunk driving. What a wonderful plan.

Why publicize the event? The fear of the unknown would dramatically improve your arrests!
