Americans should be ashamed of themselves. We have combat veterans living under bridges and eating out of dumpsters, yet we give our money to countries who want to kill us. If it wasn't for veterans, you would be speaking Russian or something else today. Remember when you wake up in the morning, many guards watched over you last night!

When your a vet in trumbull co.and you find yourself homeless all that you are told by every V.A. hot line and every OTHER GROUP that is funded by any veterans help line is that you need to go to the christy house or the warren mission like any other homeless person.Their is a vet center at the old st joes but all you get their is words if they even talk to you at all at the end of the day your still homeless and hopeless and your on your own to face whatever comes rain or shine or heat like it has been for the last week .I know for a fact that their are a lot of homeless vets you and everyone else walk right past as if they are invisible .Their family and friends are gone and they sleep on the ground like a old dog that is unwanted and un loved.ROCKS for their pillow and the stars in the sky for their bedspread. How can this happen to a vet that did his bit and served his county with prid?

The providers of aid to any vet that is in need and homeless all have good paying jobs and nice clean placesd to sleep . The veterans that they are paid to help get a sad story and well wishes from them not aid or shelter just words .
