If you wanna see what legalizing pot would be like- go to Walmart @ the first of the month. Everyone in their pajamas collecting their government hand-outs. And for pete's sake why can't those so called mothers wash their kids faces? Maybe the government needs to subsidize soap!

Just what the heck is "wrongful entrustment"? According to the article, the driver was the issue. The passenger must have been cooperating, so why was she charged with anything? She apparently wasn't "using"; and it didn't say she owned the car they were in; nor did she have any drug charges levied against her. Is she being charged with putting HER life in danger at the hands of an impaired driver?
