The absolute very last thing we need is another bloated government bureaucracy to get existing bloated bureaucracies to perform their Constitutional duties.

We need to demand that this administration, and every administration, function in a Constitutionally correct manner.

We already have existing co-branches of government to serve as checks and balances - if they only would.

Another bureaucracy will not fix what an unwilling congress or judiciary is afraid to step up to.

Another Trib editorial right out of the Faux News playbook. The constitution already establishes our freedoms, and the Supreme Court enforces them. We don't need another money wasting agency.
