Every time citizens accept the computed or calculated risk of a business venture(such as oil, fracking and such)... we(citizens), not only suffer the expected/computed dangers, but are also forced to endure the human "dark", side of profit at any price.

Citizens who act in such utter disregard for their fellow citizens should suffer greatly for their actions.

Let them sit in a jail cell with one another and brag endlessly for 10 or 15 years about their exploits and disregard and let them ponder if it was worth it.

Another violation of our environment in just the last few months. Let's see...D&L, then the Lowelville property, now this, and oh ya the trum co engineer's dumping in a wetland. the trib failed to report on that one.....hmmmm...protecting the good old boys i see. the biggest difference is randy smith is an engineer and should know better. in fact if i'm not mistaken his office regulates earth disturbances in the county....but i guess he's above the law...just like the audio/video nixonstyle surveillance of his employees. all of our elected officials should be above the law just as they hold the public! they're no different. i hope someone gets to the bottom of all these environmental violations and prosecutes them all..... and as warrenproud says "fines them real good."

Scumbag business is ArcelorMittal. Not one, but two oil leaks that have permanently damaged the Mahoning Valley environment. Close them done for failure to maintain their environmental equipment until everything is 100% up to par. I hope the EPA fines them real good.
