TELL US ALL, How has the Patriot act Hurt you or me as a "LAW ABIDING CITIZEN"??????

It's not what it has done, LITTLE, what is doing, AGGRIVATING AMERICANS, it's what it can do in the future, USED TYRANNICALLY! Which is exactly where your Bolshevik party has it head along with the RINOs!

Sam I propose that you Liston to the radio show American center for Law and Justice, weekdays @12pm on 1440 am station. They back up everything they say with evidence from the hearing. Unlike the liberal biased, brainwashing news you watch. But it's not news just indoctrination for liberal sympathists. They never show proof of their political assessments.

United trying to get Samrae to understand present day politics is impossible. I've tried to explain to him on another topic the privacy impact that the patriot act had on our privacy and he didn't believe or understand. I think the dude is stuck in his mindset when he was 20 which was about 50+ years ago.

Sammie....do you understand what is going on in your country. Its admitted that they are monitoring and recording phonecalls of avg americans. I mean thats what the whole verizon issue was about. Its not just verizon, its multiple phone servicces and multiple internet services have been monitoring emails.... only suspected terrorists were suppise to be checked. th qwerty are checking and databasing everyone though... Everyone.

What that means is NDAA, the patriot act.....not for tracking terrorists, but rather meant for keeping track of americans dude.

If it was meant for terrorists then why were mosques excluded from datamining from? answer that one.

you have absolutely zero idea whats going on in your own country. you dont have anything anymore my man. Your excuses and reasons are old.

A series of letters suggests that senior IRS official Lois Lerner was directly involved in the agency’s targeting of conservative groups as recently as April 2012, more than nine months after she first learned of the activity. Lerner, the director of the IRS exempt organizations office in Washington, D.C., signed cover letters to 15 conservative organizations currently represented by the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) between in March and April of 2012. The letters, such as this one sent to the Ohio Liberty Council on March 16, 2012, informed the groups applying for tax-exempt status that the IRS was “unable to make a final determination on your exempt status without additional information,” and included a list of detailed questions of the kind that a Treasury inspector general’s audit found to be inappropriate. Some of the groups to which Lerner sent letters are still awaiting approval. Lerner has denied involvement in the targeting, which she has blamed on a few “front

Add Max Bucaus, Al Franken, Pelosi to that list Sam. Old Maxi had the stupidity of calling out names of conservative groups in a letter to the IRS director Shulman. What an idiot.

So in max would an investigation consists of a question, an answer... That's it. If they say no, I don't know, I don't remember then Smatard runs around a screams "no evidence, no evidence, no evidence"! Even though there is evidence and proof of lies. LOL, Sams just a type Y personality. No backbone, no pride, no sense of self worth, no thoughts, no opinions, no brains, no balls, no honesty, no sense. SamBotNegative2000 is your new name.

There is more facts where this came from samsupertard. Now how you going to lie to yourself about this??

A group of seven Senate Democrats urged the Internal Revenue Service on Monday to impose a strict cap on the amount of political spending by tax-exempt, nonprofit groups.

The senators said the lack of clarity in the IRS rules has allowed political groups to improperly claim 501(c)4 status and may even be allowing donors to these groups to wrongly claim tax deductions for their contributions. The senators promised legislation if the IRS failed to act to fix these problems.

“We urge the IRS to take these steps immediately to prevent abuse of the tax code by political groups focused on federal election activities. But if the IRS is unable to issue administrative guidance in this area then we plan to introduce legislation to accomplish these important changes,” the senators wrote.

The letter was signed by Senators Charles E. Schumer, Michael Bennet, Sheldon Whitehouse, Jeff

Harry Reid

Chuck Schummer

Joe Biden

So sam, shall we let all the criminals go when they proclaim their innocence?? What a marble headed comment. "Gee whizz people me name tsam, "grunt", me tinks dey do notin wong because dey say tso". LOL your a gullible fool.

You saw loius lerner plead the fifth didn't you??

You saw the documents that she signed off on to go ahead and scrutinize these non-profits after she denied it. You saw Shuman refuse to answer why he went to the whitehouse 189 times. Said you didn't recall any of the meetings except the easter egg hunt. You know the low level workers in Cincy said the orders came from Washington.

Sam, the administration sited tw0 instances were this monitoring lead to actual results. The bombing in Mumbia, which happened anyway and the subway Bomber in NY. Subsequently the subway bomber cliam is a stretch because he was discovered on a previous FISA warrant issued under the Bush administration. The number of FISA warrant applications under Obama is 1000% more than the total under Bush. I love how you sit here and comment yet you know remarkably little about the topic. One would have to conclude you are a buffoon.
