and while we're at it, legalize sportsbetting and internet poker. because why should you be allowed to bet on a horse and not the indians? taxes are the same, premise is the same.

Another HUGE waste of money. Either gambling is illegal or it isn't. If we have lottery and we have horse races then leave the rest alone! Just collect taxes on the winnings...money coming in with no extra charges for cops, investigations, etc.
