Olsavsky Jaminet Architects seem to specialize in schools and from their website its clear they are well qualified too! They have done many local schools, Willard, Harding, Chaney, Matthews, Niles, Campbell, Austintown, etc

This would be a gooberment contract to be architect's and for construction. When gooberment does this it is LAW to get numerous bids. If this firm wasn't aware of that and for some reason believed that favor would return favor, they either have never dealt with the goob's before and/or are new to the business. They have no suite. Move on... RICO what a joke. The conspiracy is in your heads.

Someone needs to check and see if the selected architect used to be on the BL school board. It seems that is the criteria that some schools use.

Might as well charge the Federal Government with RICO. It is just the taxpayers that will suffer.

Everybody knows that when the Ohio School Facilities Commission is involved in new school project construction, it's a rare occurrence for local architects to be utilized. An even rarer situation is for local contractors and tradesmen to be hired in place of those preferred by the Ohio School Facilities Commission.
