""Enough is enough. Notice all the issues involved with everything Tony is involved in? Why? Why does this pattern of non-disclosure and smoke and fog follow this guy wherever he goes?

And why does this city continue to coddle a CD director who was hired so he would not beat up Mayor Hank on the radio?""

I think it's time to ask the feds to look into this entire situation, because the only motive to keep WRAP, Sunshine, etc... going seems to be to channel money to the chosen few. Time to shut this big waste of funding down and investigate the facilitator(s) of these money pits.

The only reason these various local government officials are playing the role of "righteous" now, is because the local newspaper reported this story. If the Trib had never reported on this, everything would be rolling along just as it were.

Likewise, all of you would never have known about any of this either.

So what's my point? Well, unless you see something for yourself, or somebody tells you about, then you'll never know. What's going on right now as we speak? The answer is: Definitely something.

Nativio, besides all you stated below, an audit would include a paper trail of receipts for the incoming money, the $10.00 spent and from the recipient!

It is called A.C.C.O.U.N.T.A.B.I.L.I.T.Y. FOLKS!

And what was what Mr. I. presented at Ms. Rucker's No Public Questions D&P Show really an audit?

Weren't those just the 2011 "financials"?

That really is not an "audit".

If I say I spent $10.00 at the grocery store, those are the financials.

If I tell you where I got the ten dollars, what the ten dollars was for, what I bought, who I bought it for and who actually enjoyed the ten bucks worth of groceries... Now that is an audit.

Can we quit being ignorant about this ****? Please?

The Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers duo running these programs need to pack their dancing shoes and leave. Enough already.

Then why would WRAP make those loans, Nativo? Does anyone make a commission?

Yes, why are members of council defending against accountability?

Fertile brings up a fine point. WRAP wrote Sunshine two checks last year, one for 50 grand and one for 25 grand... The 50 grand "loaned" to Sunshine was from the UDAG fund... A fund that by WRAP's own "25 years of WRAP" report is a fund that is designated only for "redevelopment projects in the downtown business district."

How is rehabbing houses or patching cash flow holes count as "redevelopment" in the "downtown business district"?

How?

And do I have to finally move into the city to replace some of these defenders of this ********?

Enough is enough. Notice all the issues involved with everything Tony is involved in? Why? Why does this pattern of non-disclosure and smoke and fog follow this guy wherever he goes?

And why does this city continue to coddle a CD director who was hired so he would not beat up Mayor Hank on the radio?

Why is a council at-large now defending against accountability via state audit? What's really going on here?

"Over the same period, the consortium received $3.7 million from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)."

My,My,My. All this money in the hands of local ignoramuses! Apparently those local government officials who have dealt with Mr. Iannucci's companies are unaware of the concepts of collateral, surety bonds, escrow accounts or liens. They needed to follow Ronald Reagon's advise: Trust, but verify. An audit now is too little, too late. Mr. Iannucci is running rings around our local "leaders" as he laughs his way to the bank. LOL

If grant money is being used, I'm sure the state can audit their records. I believe that Mr. Iannucci has no records. He has been running on a pay himself as he goes budget for sometime. He better start defecating money or this becomes a federal offense.

The attorney general MUST be called in! Why does the mayor and administration object tO the county calling in ag. This has been going on since Obrien. Citizens follow the money trail, this deal is very dirty and goes back to O.B.!

"Let he who is without sin . . ." Someone should call out the commissioners to audit some of their own stuff. Lets start with the rua-away dictators at the health department. Then lets look at the unreasonable charges for sewer projects, tie-ins and and monthly fees. Where is all the money going that is supposed to be for seniors? This list could go on much longer, but whats the point? Friends get elevated and the public gets shafted. We keep electing the same dolts and keep getting the same disgusting results.

'It's not like we write them a check and say, 'here,'' Keys said. 'That money has to be used for specific purposes and we want to see that.'

In 2012 Keys wrote Sunshine 2 checks and said "here". They were for a total of 75k, from a grant fund that had previously been administered under the watchful eye of WRAP, which is run by Anthony Iannucci. Sunshine took that loan for "operational expenses", yet they still didn't pay the taxes on their land contracts. The county is wise to not this issue get swept under the rug.

Mayor Franklin & Warren City Council should be leading the charge to audit Sunshine unless they too have something to hide? Why Iannucci hasn't been asked to resign or been fired is beyond my imagination.
