Let's see a Federal employee, a post man, walks into his post office and kills his fellow postal employees, That is called workplace violance.

A Federal employee, a soldier walks onto his base and kills fellow soldiers, what is the difference, especially to the families of the dead and wounded?

Thousands of Americans are killed each year by guns in the hands of fellow Americans. If these murders were committed by Muslims, instead of Christians, you'd be demanding that the guns be taken away from them.

Yep Repubtard you got it right! We conservatives all wanted to take guns away when Muslim Terrorist Major Hassan shot up Fort Hood! Yep, did you see all that legislation introduced to take guns! All I remember is some idiots calling it workplace violence!

Try again bot!

Republicans have not come up with any ideas on how to stop the mass slaughter, with guns, of human beings.

Come on Republicans. Let's hear even one good idea from you.

You believe the status quo is working just fine because the NRA & Republican party say so.

Thousands of Americans are killed each year by guns in the hands of fellow Americans. If these murders were committed by Muslims, instead of Christians, you'd be demanding that the guns be taken away from them.

Americans killing Americans is acceptable to you.

Itisnteasystayingfree, yes Liberals concern themselves with issues of import. For example stiffer prison sentences for people convicted of Felonies. YOU should know that!

"Conservitism is common sense" says marmsmell. So then you do believe in gun restrictions because common sense says that everyone cannot be trusted with a firearm. SO Mr. Common Sense where are YOU willing to draw the line. What restrictions are YOU wiklling to impose on the 2nd Amendment Marmsmell?

After that line was placed there in the 1930s it was subsaquently moved in the 1960s to include further requirements. WHO moved the line in the 1960s Marsmell?

Not at all marsmell, BUT if there is a line in the sand that restricts me or you from having a weapon then someone put that line there. LOGIC SHOULD TELL YOU THAT. Now that the line is there then what stops the people who put the line there from moving it? Over 70 years ago that line WAS placed there I know it AND You know it. So who placed the line there Marsmell?

So, in conclusion, Dos is a door mat, bend over boy. He will relinquish his freedom, accept the yoke, bow down to his kings and kiss their rotten feet. What free people would call degrading and oppressive dos gleefully embraces. Yikes!

In the mind of DOS. Since we are not allowed to have Abram tanks then the government has the "right" to take away your rifle! Meaning the second amendment has no meaning. LOL! That's his logic.

Conservatism is common sense, liberalism is the lack of common sense.

ReallyTard. Is this that hard for You??????????? That (the automatic weapon restrictions) is an infringement on our rights. I do not agree with it.

Your logic is that since they infringe once they can take them all away.

What is your solution to the mass slaughter of innocent men, women and children?

Do you think that a solution is not necessary because the status quo is just fine?

Solution is the next mass shooting attempt we send you to ask the shooter if you can conduct a background check!

Marmal, thank you for conceding that fully automatic weapons are heavily restricted or illegal, and that this debate is not even about automatic weapons. You are, of course, correct about those points. They are restricted or illegal, BECAUSE the Federal Government made them restricted or illegal, in spite of the Second Amendment's infringement language. With your concession in mind, WHY would it then not be possible, and legally acceptable, to restrict or make illegal the sale or possession of semi-automatic weapons?

Repubslie. Get some facts dumbot. Automatic weapons are heavily restricted or illegal for starters, this issue is not even about automatic weapons, LOL. Second less than 1% of GUN murders are committed with what the left describes as assault style weapons, with a majority of that 1% being illegally gotten. If you think banning automatic weapons will stop mass killings you truly are very stupid because that’s not what was used in any of the mass killings those weapons already have the restrictions you are advocating for. Out of the top five largest Mass killings in American history only one was with a gun. PISTOLS! So I would have to conclude by your post on 4/21 11:53 you do not know what the he11 you are talking about.

Background checks mandated on private citizens is a joke. Talk about making criminals out of innocent people. Who would pay for it, what entity would do the background check, how many would their be available to each local area, how many more gooberment jobs would this create, etc... I'm all for making gun dealers at all levels do background checks, but private citizens is just plain stupid. As for magazine size, and the so called assault weapons, I can kill as many people with multiple loaded weapons as one large capacity magazine. Although I tend to not agree with Marmel, real assault weapons are already illegal. Just because it has a pistol grip, don't make it any more dangerous than a any other high powered rifle. We need mental health services, not more laws for the same law breakers to break. Sandyhook shooter already broke 42 laws, do you really think one more would have mattered? Pull your heads from your rectum, and see the real problem, don't make up problems that don't exci

Lastly losers. Unless your neighbors AR-15 or AK-47 is automatic it is not an assault rifle. If you pull the trigger and only (1) bullet comes out per pull it is not an assault rifle. That's why the left made up the term assault "weapons". You people are dumber then a box of ball bearings covered with cow sh&t

Read and weep liberal fools of the valley. Read how your liberals understand and capitalize on your collective stupidity

"Assault weapons—just like armor-piercing bullets, machine guns, and plastic firearms—are a new topic. The weapons' menacing looks, coupled with the public's confusion over fully automatic machine guns versus semi-automatic assault weapons—anything that looks like a machine gun is assumed to be a machine gun—can only increase the chance of public support for restrictions on these weapons. In addition, few people can envision a practical use for these weapons." -Josh Sugarman Violence Policy Center report Assault Weapons and Accessories in America
