Don't forget there are two meetings regarding this fiasco open to the public this Tuesday. Both in council chambers in the warren police station building. One at 3:00pm and one at 4:00pm. Come see which council people ask the needed questions.

The last thing the city needs is more low income housing.

How about housing for people with incomes and credit worthiness to purchase a sub $25,000 property? I mean we're talking about payments of as low as $150 a month here.

Will administration, council and CD demand accountability for once? Will an insider be asked to fall on his sword or have his head chopped for once?

Is a program like this needed? Seems all that is needed is a program of mortgage down payment assistance... Not like Warren is not full of cheap houses and worthless landlords who use land contracts to circumvent rental inspections....

Though, HUD says that 15% of that block grant HAS to go into programs like Sunshine.

The idea and theory of Sunshine is good and needed in Warren. The Tribune is very correct in their conclusions. A whole new staff is needed. I just don't inderstand why the County Commissioners allow things like this to exist.Fire all of them , let the AG investigate and hire new-honest- leadership.

Mr. Ian uses the same excuse when folks request information regarding WRAP.

But has Sunshine actually had board meetings? WRAP has not in four years.

The Trib has this one right. Sunshine needs to go and every last one of those Sunshine employees with it. They are all crooked as the day is long. Where is the grand jury investigation needed to root out the Sunshine corruption?

Ohio Revised Code 149.431 deems the financials of non-profits like Sunshine as public record, based on the nature of the government funding they receive. Any withholding of records is illegal.
