Actually, no difference. Whether maxi-pads, light bulbs, toilet tanks, extra large sodas, cigarettes, payday loans, or even steel, the government believes consumers are too stupid to know what's best for themselves, and so must step in and protect them from their free choices.

Big difference insider, sooner or later this will REALLY BITE US IN THE BUTTOCKS. Steel like oil is a commodity. Junk commodities end up costing jobs, consumers and everything in between. It's not like who has the cheaper maxi-pads, Walgreens or CVS! Insider..
