That is because Delphi will not hire to fill the much needed (mandatory OT)hourly positions for the workers they are firing everyday, but you see a new salary worker or a old salary worker that was going to retire but they are mad that Delphi has taken away there benefits when they retire, so they find odd jobs for them until they are retirement age.Delphi could hire 5 or 6 much needed production workers for each unneeded salary position.

The industry of Illicit Drugs has produced many new positions in the trade. So, the rate has improved as a city would hope. We're doing better despite all of the rumors too.

Jobless rate or no longer have to report because your out of unemployment? There had to be a way to get a really true count
