"Well lets see here, you lost on the supreme court ruling on Obamacare"

America lost.

The argument isn't whether the supreme court will rule by judicial fiat moron. the argument is what is right and what is wrong.

Gays are not heterosexual which means they don't fit into the definition of marriage.

This is a state issue, not a federal issue. It is not the federal governments or the supreme courts role to define an institution in existence long before they even existed.

Marriage equality doesn't even make sense.

It is the exact same as saying a man and women forming a union or contract recognized by law equality.

Furthermore sodomy is not against the law in many states. California for one. What crimes have they committed? In addition sodomy is only immoral IF the religion that a person practices says it is. The government has no right to make moral decisions based on one religions teachings. That in effect would be the Government endorsing a specific religion.

elusive man the constitution grants the right of marriage to CRIMINALS. Murderers, rapists, child molesters ALL have the ability to get married, even while they are still incarcerated. The SCOTUS has already ruled on that issue.

Among registered voters in their 20's and 30's in the United States 80% are in favor of gay marriage. The GOP is slowly committing suicide. Oh and I just read that GOP congressman Don Young from Alaska, during an interview referred to Latin Americans as "********." At this rate the GOP will have flushed themselves by the 2016 election!

Well lets see here, you lost on the supreme court ruling on Obamacare, you lost on the presidential elections and the senate elections, you lost on SB5. It is YOU, my misguided friend that is always on the wrong side of history. You are wrong yet again on this issue.

Probably won't last too long after the supreme court strikes down the DOMA.

The Supreme Court has the right to overturn the vote because it goes against the Constitution of the United States to ban 2 individuals from the pursuit of the happiness and security of marriage.

Instead of worrying about gay marriage, straight people need to focus on their own marriages. Have you seen the divorce rates and numbers of single parent homes??

NO blues YOU MISS THE POINT. If it is a behavior issue or just another choice to be made in life you would have a point. IT IS NOT. YOU KNOW IT IS NOT. Since it is not a BEHAVIOR issue Then these citizens are a CLASS of people and therefore covered by the 14th amendment of the Constitution. Further the Challange of the DOMA is about Federal benefits. State approval of civil unions WOULD NOT change the Discrimination Of the Federal government against this protected class. Striking down the DOMA would not void any state prohibitations on Gay marriage or automaticly grant recognition by an individual state. It would only allow couples in recognized legal gay unions to recieve the same Federal benefits that everyone else has had for years.

It is part of a FCC mandate that was to come from the profits these companies made, however over the years they figured out how to pass it on to the consumer by charging the customer a universal service connection fee. Check your phone bill

...... And why didn't the Cheney family and the Portman family send their misbehaving children to Michele Bachman's husband's Gay conversion center so they could be CURED of their misbehavior. Wouldn't this be yet another example of the Republican leadership failing to follow their own ( no pun intended) mouth. Don't you agree blues, marmel?

No I meant illiterate read over your posts! You certainly cannot write. As far as everything equal, Unions, NAACP, GM, healthcare none are federal programs. The phone, that everyone calls "Obama Phone" again has nothing to do with the federal government or Obama. It is part of safelink which is subsidized by the telecommunications companies and has been for almost 2 decades now. It was called the telephone assistance plan before cell phones, now people get cell phones instead. It has nothing to do with the government, state local or federal. Yes, I believe Romney should pay the same tax rate as me!

..... After all every Republican conservitive knows that Democrats don't get married anyhow. We just each have 10 or 12 children out of wedlock. Not really a big issue for us 47%. If being gay is a behaviour issue then Dick Cheney and Rob Portman MUST HAVE BEEN POOR PARENTS for allowing their children to behave so badly. If a person can be taught to be a homosexual then Did Liz Cheney teach her daughter all about it? Did Rob Portman teach his son the techniques to use? Maybe there should be a Senate investigation into whether Rob Portman actually is gay himself. He was after all good Friends with Former Republican Senator Larry Craig from Idaho.

There is a very simple remedy to this whole divisive issue of gay rights. Everyone knows they can't procreate so IF YOU RIGHT WING, BIBLE THUMPING,HATEFUL, REPUBLICANS, LIKE ROB PORTMAN AND DICK CHENEY, WOULD JUST QUIT HAVING ALL THOSE GAY CHILDREN THEN THE PROBLEM WOULD GO AWAY. Let's face it the republicans need to stop procreating, they can't even do that right. For heavens sakes the Republicans even have a club for them. The Log Cabin Republicans Right marmel, right usblues?

You never answered my question: Which of your blood relatives are you married to?

Wow you are stupid aren't you (Dos is that you?)

I said a gay man and a gay man are not family. Wnating to avoid the inevitable "what if there cousins Marmel, you idiot" statement i clarified it by saying unless they are blood related. Got it?

Like I said it doesn't matter. A word means what a word means.

Cereal killers are born that way (the evil gene) should we legalize cereal killing?

Lets do away with the meaning of all words.

The government must now treat everyone equally

Everyone pays the same tax rates

Everyone gets food stamps or no one gets food stamps

Everyoine gets free phones or no one gets free phone

Everyone pays for there own healthcare or there is no healthcare

Everyone gets welfare or no one gets welfare

affirmitive action is gone

NAACP is gone

UNION are gone

Everyone is equal right

Bill gates tax rate drops to reallytards tax rate.

GM shares get confiscated from the union and redistributed to the original owners

Obama gives 90 bila year in subsidies to every industry, not just his crony capitalists in the green energy sector.

You never answered my question: Which of your blood relatives are you married to? I see you still didn't google it, being gay is not a choice or preference it cannot be changed you are born that way, it is a proven medical fact. I urge you not to take my word for it but check it out for yourself. You cannot change fact, no matter how much you want to.
