This has just started, wait until they really start fracking.NO PROACTIVE ENFORCEMENT OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS = $ in the pockets of the frackers!!!!!
Before this is over there will be a plea deal cut, just wait and see. Like the old saying, "Money talks and BS walks". That is why his attorney pleaded not guilty for him and his company. They will probably claim that, even though he admitted to doing it they can't prove he did it. I personally have been told that in a theft case, in Trumbull county. So guess what all they got was a slap on the wrist and told they was bad boys and don't do it again. Just watch and see how this all plays out.
Lupo must be some kind of idiot, pleading not guilty. He admitted to doing it, in fact he even told them that he ordered it 6 or 7 different times. An him being the owner of Hardrock Excavating, the company is just as guilty. The fine and prison sentence he is facing is a slap on the wrist. It's a insult to every citizen in the Mahoning Valley, that is all he facing. All permits issued in the state to Lupo or anything he is connected to, should be revoked immediately. An neighboring states should do the same. He is a parasite that will do anything to make a extra buck. Scrupulous owners such as him, need to be omitted from doing any kind of business in the state of Ohio.

Environmental destroyers - give them all the maximum sentence under the law. Too bad the law isn't more severe and punishing.
