Patti if you don't like it, MOVE. Nobody is making you live there. WTF is the matter with people. All the places you are complaining about are the only good jobs in the sh!thole you live in.

Patti: I agree with you I believe coal smoke is a major player in causing a lot of LUNG and BREATHING Problems... People think they are getting a good deal by burning cheap abundant coal in those power plants.. I was Raised in a mining town in western Pa... raised within 150 yards of the Penna.railroad main line...4 sets of tracks with a repair yard siding of the 5th&6th tracks.. Steam Locomotives pushing Big Black Clouds of smoke out of their stacks.. sometimes 6 locomotives pushing 105 car trains up the Allegheny mts. to Altoona Pa. the same Black clouds that came from the 13 miles of steel Mills in JOHNSTOWN (8 miles away) when the wind came from there..People in there HOMES Burned the same coal in their Stoves for heat and cooking.. as kids we played in about 6 inches of cinder dust aquired after years of this smoke pollution..
I am surprised More of us did not have asthma.. now I dont remember anyone with that when I was a kid..I'll make some inquire's at my class reunion
