Fix or replace the system if it is allowing raw sewage or black water to go where it should not go.

a 55 gal drum would be good enough for this purpose . but epa got their buts whip in kinsman now they are taking it out on these folks . SHAME !

It is a shame people continue to suffer over this issue in TC with the EPA and the health department. What good would it do to close it down? It is a viable community facility/church. But if that is the way it has to go to satisfy the EPA, then I guess the congregation will have to go elsewhere and they will have to vacate the church. The property will remain vacant then.
