And remember this DELPHIRETIREE, You salaried folks insisted that YOUR group have NO senority rights. YOUR group wanted to be judged on your induvidual WORTH to the company with promotion & retention based on individual job performance. Since Delphi kept quite a number of engineers YOUNGER than you, they must have concluded that you wern't as good or as valuable an employee as the less experianced engineers that they kept. Had YOU worked HARDER and been A BETTER EMPLOYEE maybe Delphi would have kept you. Then you wouldn't be in the mess that your in.

Just as I thought would happen, TiredofDos's CAPS key got stuck just as it did when I debunked ALL his arguments some time ago. Another failure by Dos, Tired, Really or whatever his screen name is. Publishers have all rejected Dos's fictional book, but it still has functional value....as TOILET PAPER.

Cya, Dosey! Let us know your new screen name, so that we can avoid wasting our time reading your propaganda. Bye.

LAMEBRAIN THEY ARE ELECTED TO REPRESENT ALL CONSTITUANTS TO ENSURE THAT THEY RECIEVE EVERYTHING THEY ARE LEGALLY, UNDERSTAND DELRHIRETIREE, AKA DELPHISALARIEDRETIREES, AKA FAIRANDEQUAL, LEGALLY ENTITLED TO. To date YOU have recieved everything you are LEGALLY ENTITTLED TO. If you wish to prove that the law was broken in some manner, YOU MUST DO IT IN A COURT OF LAW. It is indeed sad that YOU do not understand this basic principle of American Justice System. NOW GO CRY, WAIL, BAWL, and make excuses for YOUR OWN DISMAL FAILURE TO HELP YOURSELF. TAKE A HANKIE WITH YOU!

Geez, TiredofDos, this conversation is going about the same as our lengthly conversation of a year ago, when I shredded virtually ALL of your lame arguments. Time for you to change your screen name again! You have ONCE AGAIN ruined your credibility with virtually EVERYONE. No wonder you never got the call to the bullpen from the International.

Chapter Six of Dos's Book of Lies, titled "Democratics Make EXCUSES for THeir OWN FAILURES." As usual, the Dos is wrong. The FACT is that the fight started LONG before the fistional author claims. As a matter of fact, the fight went on for the better part of two years with the Democratic Party failing to DO THE RIGHT THING. ONLY after that period did the Party that is supposed to stand up for the oppressed start to get the wrath from retirees that the Democratic Party FAILED. And no, lamebrain, politicians are elected to represent ALL constituents, not just those that blindly follow or those that BUY influence. You should apply for the historian's job to write the book on Obama's legacy. Just like Obama, you're sure good at making excuses for the Party's FAILURES.

Then after the Federal Judge had ruled that the PBGC could take over the Pension plans, you formed the DSRA, to fight what had ALREADY HAPPENED. You sought support from among the leaders in the valley, political, labor, business, etc. and within a period of 3 months has alienated virtually every one of them by your constant bashing of everyone who sought to help you. Today the DSRA is living on the harvest of the VERY SEEDS YOU PLANTED AND NURTURED. Call it book # 6 if you want, but THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING MY FRIEND.

DR, The only point you fail to grasp is that everything that was done was LEGAL under US Bankruptcy code. EVERYTHING. Is that code FAIR AND EQUITABLE? No it never has been but if you wish to garner political support to examine your individual grievance against the government YOU WILL NEVER GET IT BY THREATENING AND NAME CALLING. That is what YOU DID right from the beginning. That is exactly why the people who could of POSSIBLY helped, deserted you and your cause. First you did it to yourselves by not forming a group when Delphi filed for Bankruptcy in 2005 and DEMANDED YOUR RIGHT TO BE AT THE TABLE, AS A CREDITOR, DURING THE BANKRUPTCY HEARINGS. YOU and your peers waited three and a half years to do anything and then waited until the bankruptcy was essentially over and the hourly and salaried pension turned over to the PBGC BEFORE YOU DID ANYTHING WHATSOEVER. The vast majority of you are college graduates, HOW COULD YOU BE SO CLEARLY NEGLIGENT IN PROTECTING YOUR OWN INTERESTS?

Chapter Five of Dos's Book of Lies, reders. Contrary to Donnie's LIES, I gave every opportunity for the incumbent Party to resolve our issue before the election. As a life-long registered Democrat, I trusted that the Democratic Party would DO THE RIGHT THING. After two years of false promises by various Democrats, Ted Strickland, Tim Ryan, Charlie Wilson, and Dave Betras I called them on their lack of job performance at best, or lack of ethics at worst. Poor little Donnie even had the nerve to chastise me in the presense of these politicians with "How can you treat them like this. They're our friends." I faced those above politicians and said, "After two years, how do you expect to be treated?" I assked it again. Not ONE had the balls to speak up, including gutless Donnie. No, donnie, I am NOT a Republican. I am a disappointed Democrat, who YOU AND our Party have FAILED MISERABLY!!

You Know JM=DR YOU are such an AZZ, I was referring to the other REAL DESERVING salaried retirees. You know the ones who actually did their jobs. I further was referring to the economic benefit that a positive ruling would have on the people and businesses in the valley as a whole. You are what you have always been a shallow pitiful little man. It is EXACTLY people like YOU and the Brookfield Queen that caused virtually every other group and organization to turn their backs and walk. YOU have NO IDEA the amount of damage you people have done to yourselves. Your pathetic posts leading up to and during the election and now the same redundant posts over and over again have earned you NO SUPPORT. Maybe IDIOTS like usblues and liemaker can pitch in with their vast monies and huge political power base. Kiss off.

A fact worth repeating over and over:

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America's debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the US Government cannot pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government's reckless fiscal policies. Increasing America's debt weakens us domestically and internationally. Leadership means that, 'the buck stops here.' Instead, Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the backs of our children and grandchildren. America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better."

~ Illinois' Inexperienced Half Term Junior Senator Barack Hussein Obama, March 2006

You are wrong on all counts, as usual. First of all, your assumption that the Valley is hanging on this trial starting is just your self-serving ego talking. Second, whatever the outcome of the trial, it certainly doesn't prove either of us right. It will be an outcome, either just or unjust. And lastly, even though the outcome of the trial is is important to YOUR little ego, stemming from your past bitterness, my ego won't be tarnished, regardless of the outcome. I may be diappointed, but I'm not that small to let your ego problems bother me.

Dr, YOU want to blame Tim Ryan, Ted Strickland, Sharrod Brown, The UAW, Barack Obama, The IUE-CWA, The Auto Task Force, Jim Graham, Ron Bloom, The PBGC, GM, Delphi, Judge Drain, The late Charlie Wilson, and on and on the list goes for your plight. In truth the only thing to blame is the inequity and unfairness of the Federal Bankruptcy code. The DSRA has not been able to show where ANY laws have been broken by anyone in the almost 7 years 3 month since Delphi filed for bankruptcy or the nearly 4 years since the PBGC took over both the Hourly and Salaried pension plans. The only issue remaining in your origonal lawsuit is the claim that the PBGC should have waited to take over your pension plan. I must remind you that the United States Federal that oversaw Delphi's bankruptcy reviewed that and approved the PBGC request to sieze your plan. If you have such a slam dunk case, what's left of it, go to court and WIN. That would be great for the valley.
