He felt entitled & it matched his shoes! Actually The lady got it back a bit light, the idiot was seen throwing it in a garbage can at Dunkin' Donuts on Elm Rd. He would look good carrying a purse in the slammer. He'll probably get a slap on the hand!

I'm surprised that woman was robbed to begin with, isn't there usually a hand full of WPD officers double dipping as security guards at that plaza?

Pretty brave with an old woman.... stealing her purse. Let's see how brave he can be with "Bubba". He'll probably get probation to be free to continue with his crime career.
