When a community allows after hour joints to operate with underage patrons in attendance, can the community expect any different results?

Thank goodness no innocent folks were hurt - probably because the good people were home in bed .

What a miserable job of parenting to not teach your teenagers to avoid places like that and to avoid being out at an hour when nothing good will happen.

4:30 a.m? Ohio says no alcohol sells after 2:30 a.m. Further no one under 21 can consume alcohol in Ohio. So what was this young man doing at a club at 4:30 a.m? He isn't allowed to drink and the club should have been closed.
