oldman00, although what he was doing with them was illegal, it didn't give them the right to kill him. There is never never justification in killing somebody for no reason other than to rob them. These young men don't deserve to have a thought like the one you just gave. I don't care what Mr. Hetzle was doing with them.

oldman00, yes that is the first thing I was thinking when I read this article. My first thought was, is he doing drugs or is he picing up male hustlers. Either way he didn't deserve to be dead, it's sad situation all around.

I say make inmates work and pay to live in prison. Chain them together and put them to work. The money they earn pays for room and board.I don't believe they should have free health care, either.

Billdog:
We agree with most of what you said but question why you had to interject " guns" in your comment..
Not BB guns, but the dreaded "guns" so many love to bash.
Too bad these buttheads didn't shoot their own eyes out first.

With them kinds of numbers you look at it and say:
17 years living off of mom and maybe dad or the system (county/state),
17 years living off of the state,
and now double that before the state is done feeding you, housing you and providing for you, and you get to live off of the feds for the remaining years of your sorry life. Why not just put them down.

At 17 you think you know it all. Let them think about it a while longer.

Yes vary sad. Mark was an intelligent person that got caught up in an ugly cycle. Drugs don't care about your color, wealth, position, family ties, gender, or any other status. They will take the good, the bad and the ugly. I think often of the many people that are gone as a result of drugs and alcohol, it is just sad. These two young men need to just stay were they are at. At this point in their lives they have learned no skills other than those that allow them to survive in prison. On the streets they will no nothing but prison behaviors and techniques. Sad, that now three lives are gone forever over guns, drugs, and poor choices.
