Wed. 1:45pm: Kasich defends school funding plan

"He clearly plans on shoving more of the cost of primary and secondary education onto the local property owners." And he is doing that with charter schools. I don't want my property tax money going to charter schools because the end result means more local levies. This means more property tax for me and you. The tax money is given to private companies (small business making a profit) to run the charter schools on my dime.

Pay close attention to what this man sais. He said, "no school will get less state funding FOR NOW" He clearly plans on shoving more of the cost of primary and secondary education onto the local property owners. This further worsens a funding system that the Ohio Supreme Court has already deemed unconstitutional. This guy has got to go.

There is a good reason why the Republican Party did not use the Ohio governor in the last election to promote Mitt. And Ohio was a very crucial piece to the win puzzle for the Republican agenda. Their reluctance to do so speaks volumes. So I guess defending himself is all he has to work with. No one else is on his bandwagon, including taxpayers who are appalled with his budget and how school funding fits into his budget/funding plans.

An empty promise? How many of these have we seen all ready? Sure he going defend himself, in hope of getting re elected which WILL NOT HAPPEN.
