I agree with WP this time. When they found the body at the lake a few years ago that is exactly what they did, plus they had a tent up and lots of news vans, etc.
Do the cops think the dog dug up a grave or something? Why so relaxed about this?
Or maybe I just watch too much TV?

The rest of the remains may be in collapsed building behind house in photo. Roof Probaly caved in on some poor soul and crushed him/her.

Why isn't the area being treated like a crime scene, taped off, and the trained human remains dogs brought there to investigate the bone findings? Sounds like basic police work to me.
