The 4 main things at tournament time that will help every team advance are: 1.) Defense for 4 quarters on all 90 feet! Defend without the ball, deny the ball do not let opponents get to their favorite spots or sets easily. Make them work for position everywhere on the court, no freebies anywhere! You must be physical. 2.) Team Rebounding everybody rebounds on the Glass! Everybody! 3.) Team Foul Shooting must be 75%. This wins or loses games. 4.) No Unforced errors or turnovers the ball must be protected offensively.
