There is no excuse for letting someone who is guilty of murder to live as long as this one has, and will until his 2015 execution date. Why wait till then? Why wasn't he executed yrs ago when he confessed? And Danny Lee Hill needs the same thing. The justice system ***** when it comes to the criminals.

This is an all too frequent story.

Someone wrongfully takes the life of another.

Cops catch them.

Prosecutors prosecute them.

Juries convict them.

Judges sentence them.

Appeal after appeal after appeal are heard.

But we still can't seem to carry out the sentence in a reasonable time frame. Almost like a deliberate sabotage of the judicial system.

Justice should be fair, swift, and sure if it is ever to provide closure to the families and to the community and to serve as any kind of a deterrent.

Imagine that...kill a gay guy get executed. Cut an amish persons hair or beard, get 15 years

Execute him now! Forget the murder, execute him for going home with a homo. I wonder what happened, dude got him home figuring to experiment a bit and felt ashamed afterwards? Or maybe the homo wanted a turn, dude found the deed too painful then went berserk?
