The sad thing is that your going to have some workers who know what a hard days work is probably lose their jobs because of another greedy business owner that tried to save a nickle.

The errors in this article are unbelievable. Not even misspellings, but incomplete sentences, complete wrong words, etc... Unbelievable. I read better high school news papers. I'd be willing to bet Ol' Luppy gets minimal in fines and no jail time. He'll make a mockery of the entire ordeal. It will probably cost Ohio more than it cost him.

He'll say how sorry he is, and the reality is he is only sorry he got caught. Make him drink some of the crap he dumped, make his family shower in it and give him enema's with the rest until it is gone.

Hundreds of thousands of gallons. This POS has been dumping it there since day one. The bond was set too low and the Ohio EPA needs to set a point with this kind of behavior. Grand Jury? Well, lets hope that justice is fairly served for the crime that has been committed, over and over gain ..........

A step in the right direction....that's all I have to say for now.
I am not convinced he will get what he deserves....we will see.

Set his bond to the max.
Besides the physical damages to our water and our land, this selfish jerk has damaged the image of a whole industry which we desperately need to move forward.

He'll get to pay a (small) fine, blow a few kisses, get a pat on the head and told to be a good boy from now on.
