I read in the Vindy that Lupo posted a $50,000 unsecured bond. That is why he is not in jail.

Where's Lupo, like to know just as importantly, Where's our Governor, oh I forgot he doesn't care much for this corner of the state until election time. You'd think he'd be all over this, being from near Pittsburgh where three main rivers were polluted almost beyond hope in the 70's.

If Al-Qaeda was caught deliberately dumping poison into our water it would be called an act of terrorism punishable by death??? Why should it be different for this scum bag??

WP where are you getting your figure of 250,000 gallons? Geez, each day your number grows to ridiculous proportions. Let's let the EPA do its job, and then make up stuff.

Why has the former County Engineer's ties to Lupo and his investments in D&L been suddenly silenced?

Why don't you all (including hagan) let the EPA do it's job. Your grandstanding is what blows cases around this valley.

Warren, I see you're up early again to spout you knowledge, or lack of, why don't you wait for the investigation to conclude then I'm sure you will get your pound of flesh and Lupo will be going to jail, and well deserved I might add.

Why isn't Lupo in jail? Over 250,000 gallons of the toxic fracking fluid down the storm sewer drain and he still is walking the streets. Come on ePA - make the arrest already and set the example for future violators.
