I had the pleasure to attended the basketball game and it was LaBrae best effort of the season. Looks like LaBrae is rounding into shape for hopefully a long playoff run. The last two years, the playoffs were very disappointing. It was uplifting to see Carl Brown perform at such a high level. Aldridge played his usual superior game, but he outdid himself with a Magic Johnson like assist in the first half. Windham was a great shooting team. Additionally, I have attended high school basketball at all levels (district, regional, and state) and Windham had the finest night at the free throws line that I had ever viewed. They were prefect at their free throws with the vast majority of the shots not even touching the rim. Looks like Windham is on a collision with Bristol on March 8, but Maplewood, McDonald, or Mineral Ridge may have a say in that.
