trumbull, mahoning, stark, summit and portage counties already have the 3rd highest cancer rate in the united states, it will not take much to declare this a national sacrifice zone. we will all be sacrificed for the good of the gas and oil companies, your children and grandchildren will be sacrificed. it has been shown these people can not be trusted to protect the environment, the water, the land. are you willing to be sacrificed for these oil barons?

If Al-Qaeda was caught deliberately dumping poison into our water it would be called an act of terrorism punishable by death??? Why should it be different for this scum bag??

I'm sure Hagan will have the number of gallons dumped, if not he'll manufacture a number that will serve his agenda.

Great reporting here... It is now known that Mr. Lupo ordered this dumping done a minimum of 6 times at a total of over 200,000 gallons. Wonder how many others are doing this. Welcome to the "Brine Valley!!!" We don't need no stinking regulations!"

Bar him from ever being able to work in this line of work forever. Fine him Millions and send him to jail for a long time. He made it bad for the rest of the industry and the one's who follow regulations.
