It could be good for information as to "hot spots" and what to expect. I doubt seriously that they had home buyers in mind when they developed the system. Oh well, any effort regardless is better than what you had before the fact ........

Hard to stop crime when your informed after the fact. I believe this is the same reason that the police have such a hard time solving some crimes. Hard to stop the crime in progress when you find out after it happens. I think this is a great tool for those looking to buy a home. I'm thinking the city won't like people from out of the area using this to find out that Y'town isn't the place to set up house.
