If you want to live in Howland and put up such a fuss about Howland Schools simply move here. It's real easy!! Otherwise why don't you put your care and effort into your own school system.

No thanks deb I don't have all the answers like YOU DO. what the heck it would take me years to just scratch the surface of school finance and administration knowledge that YOU already posses. Plus since I believe in a QUALITY educational system. I would not want to dumb down the system like you want to do.
