Keep on the prosecutor, Mr. Hagan. In my opinion it's an act of terrorism. He,(lupo)dserves no leniacy, he deserves a VERY long prison sentence and a VERY large fine. All eyes should now be on the prosecutor and make sure the charges are filed. This is now the time to make an example of what will happen to others that choose to ruin are water.

Why hasn't Lupo been arrested and thrown in jail? There should no pleading be allowed for this environmental disaster.

What is Dana Latz related to Lupo or what? Go charge demonstraters while this Jack-azz is out free?

If he had started a forest fire he would be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This extensive dumping is no less an environmental disaster and is actually much worse because a forest replenishes eventually but these toxins will remain a hazard for generations.
He should be treated like any other terrorist!

@citizen, I totally agree with you! Not only Lupo but also his grunts that did the actual dumping. How's this sound to everyone, death penalty for Lupo and life without parole for the grunts? Of course using tax dollars to feed and house the workers is a waste of money. No mercy for them!!!

Bob Hagan nailed it. Arresting people who tried to stop this guy by peaceful protest, yet let this polluter run around free. Shows you how the oil and gas industry has completely subverted our government. Time to take it back folks. Start voting out people supporting this industry before there is no clean water to drink.

Where is Homeland Security? They should be investigating this deliberate act of terrorism!
