ACDC, Nothing surprises me in Warren. That's what really makes me sad. Obviously someone is concerned following every comment. Truth is Whatcha gonna do? I'll make sure to never use my plate as a username, not that I have a vanity plate, on my mini van. But I do keep my registration current unlike another LOOOOOSER on here.. Pollwatcher. Hope Fowler can straighten up. Thankx ACDC

Oh Ron, you sad little man. Maybe she'll find comfort at the local bars in some musician's arms. Again...

Two more things Fins, if your being honest(and I don't have any reason to think your not) why would Malices comments be deleted? Just curious. And I hope you don't assume every person who retains you for legal rep is Guilty or has something to hide. Why would anybody need multiple screen names? Although I suspect this is common.

FinsII, I only know OF your name as an attorney, do know a client of Mr. Goodma. Didn't have an opinion on either Atty. However, your comment and assumption, that if one has a negative opinion about a judge or prosecuter tells me this.. You obviously play the political game in the court, and to assume because of an opinion that one is a criminal is assinine, ESP FOR AN ATTORNEY!! I'll give u credit for responding after Malice revealed your identity. Don't know Malice, Ronnie or you. Fins, you a Dolphin fan?

Lol. FinsII: Your explanation of the probate matter makes perfect sense, but you can't expect a criminal miscreant like Ronny to grasp the concept in his pea-sized brain. The jokes literally write themselves with that guy. Heck, his own wife attempted suicide in an effort to escape his blathering lunacy!!

Yes Ron I am Fowler posting under finsII. I like you have no reason to hide my identity behind many screen names. Unlike you I have no criminal record that I need to hide. I too might use several screen names if I had been convicted of drug offences, weapons offences, domestic violence and had spent time in Jail. Unlike you I have no reason to hide behind lies and screen names. I also believe you do know the elder Ivanchak since he reped you on several occasions. And your problem with Traci Rose is well founded since she has successfully prosecuted you. You do lie when you say I owe money to anyone. That is a complete lie. I paid money to the Ivanchak estate sometime ago. There was never a lawsit filed against me. There was a probate estate that I was involved in after the death of Mr. Ivanchak. I paid the estate money for fees I collected for them as well as received credits from them for money owed to me. It was a probate matter to settle the estate.

I suspect that part of the problem is that there is a Federal lawsuit still on the docket on some of the allegations. It would be quite unusual for the Legislative branch and the Executive branch to interfere with something that is already in the hands of the Judicial branch. That is what is called seperation of powers.

The EXACT same thing YOUR party did MARMEL. For Gods sake the Speaker of the House IS from Ohio and he has done NOTHING either. It is just that simple.

Even the Federal court recognized that the Delphi Retirees were not discriminated against by the government. The claim of discrimination was thrown out almost a year and a half ago. The court ruled that you can not be discriminated against IF you were not entitled to recieve something in the first place. Get up to speed MARMEL you are way behind on this issue my man.

Marmal, Obama didn't take anything and you know it. Someone can't take what you never had and that is the real truth of the matter. Do the Delphi Salaried Retirees deserve the pension that they were told by Delphi they would get. Well yes, but no more so than the millions of other people who have lost part of their expected pension through corporate planned bankruptcies. Ask your hero Willard Romney about screwing people out of their pensions through bankruptcy. The heighth of hypocracy was the Delphi Salaried Retirees actively working to elect as president a man that perfected the pension stealing game. Be that as it may, everyone deserves what they worked for.

Dos, what did the democrat controlled house and senate do in 09 & 10? How about the democrat controlled senate in 11 & 12? What did the Democrat controlled whitehouse do in 09,10,11,12? What did the democrats in the valley do? What did Timmy do? What did the democrat governor do in 09 & 10
See how ridiculous you are. Probably the most dishonest person on the blog. The rest are just ignorant. You know better but chose to be a snake. Fine man you are!

Regarding your attempt to make the Delphi issue a "Party" issue, it is not. Neither the Democratic party or the Republican party have done nearly enough to bring resolution to our issue. We welcome and expect BOTH parties action to resolve our injustice.

Bob Dean has done nothing to help the Delphi cause, but unlike Hypocrite Graham, he never said he would. Graham LIED to the Delphi retirees!

Just what has the Republican controlled House of Representitives done for the Delphi Retirees? What has Governor Kasich done for the Delphi Retiree cause? What have the Governors of Indiana amd Michigan done for the Delphi Retirees?

Nativio, that really part of your true identity? What's the 289 for, you own a mustang? Hey, you have to give Delphi credit, he's determined. Don't care union, management whatever, they deserve full pension. Glad you agree to that.
