Enough of this delay tactic.
Time to send a loud and clear message that if one invades our schools and hurts our children, that person will face fair, but SWIFT AND SURE justice and, if found guilty, that person will face maximum penalties allowed by law.
No delays.
No excuses.
No mercy.
